(1) T/T: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipping or see the copy of the B/L.

(2) O/A 90 days: 25% deposit before production,100% balance after 90 days, 20% refund back to customers company account.

(3) PayPal, Western Union is acceptable for the sample order.

(1) Minimum Order for white box package:

Air filters and cabin air filters our MOQ is 300pcs.
Oil filters and fuel filters our MOQ is 500pcs.

(2) Minimum Order for color box package: 1000pcs.

(3) For the hot sales items, we can accept 100pcs with white box package.

(4) Sample is available.

Company policy:

The price for sample is free, (more than five items are not free).
Customers need to pay for the freight of samples.

(1)Types of paper: Hebei paper; Hangzhou paper; Korean paper and so on.

(2) Different paper has different prices. Using what kind of paper are according to customers requirements.

(3)Hebei paper is our most commonly used material.

(4)The Korean paper has good quality, so the price is a little bit higher than others.

(1)Sure. We can send you our catalog, but it’s not complete.

(2)There are tens of thousands auto filters, so it’s not easy for us to have a copy of the full catalogue. We can do almost all the Passenger cars auto filters.

(3)The best way is that you tell us the filter's OEM.NO which you are interest in. Also please indicate the quantity and the packing for us to quote.

Usually it needs 60 days for one 40HC container, after we confirm the order. (The specific time depends on the quantity of order)

 All products have to pass strict inspection before leave factory.
